Richard Deacon's sculpture "New Alphabet ABC" will attend the 2019 West Coast Art and Design Fair Xiàn Chǎng unit, which will be displayed in front of A Pavilion Dream Video and below the revolving staircase. As early as 2005, Richard Deacon completed a series of drawings developed from polygonal slices to various shapes and contents. When the artist found out he had completed a total of 26 pictures, they were collectively called The Alphabet. Richard Deacon then used folded steel grooves to draw the lines on the drawing, turning them into flat reliefs. Artists began to think about combinations based on the shape and structure of folded metals and colors. The folded metal will have a base large enough to support a sculpture standing in the space, which will also contain a two-sided nature.

Meanwhile, artists Hu Xiaoyuan and Ma Qiusha will also participate in the DREAM VIDEO unit, which will present "Bang" (2015), "Embrace" (2011) and "All my Energy Comes from Your Hardness" (2011) at West Coast Art Center pavilion A and Poly Time.
